FEES AND REGISTRATION

Fees

The registration fee in Euros includes boat trip, conference materials, lunches, symposium dinner, reception, coffee/tea and refreshments.

Student conference fee reduction
Students may apply for a reduction of the conference fee of EURO 300 (please tick in the registration form). Only a limited number of these sponsored students participants positions are available. A requirement for getting a reduced fee is a letter from the students' supervisor stating that the applicant is a genuine student. This letter should be sent to the symposium secretariat.

Inquiries about accompanying persons can be made at the symposium secretariat.

Hotels
We have arranged the hotels in the cities we will visit during the conference trip.
You should choose between a single room or a double room.
The prices are per person, including breakfast and all transportations from boat to hotel and vice versa during the conference.

You will receive an invoice upon receipt of your registration form. Please note that your registration is final after receipt of payment.

The symposium secretariat must be informed of any cancellations or changes in delegate names, in writing by letter or fax. For cancellations received before 1 April all fees, less than Euro 40 in administration costs, will be reimbursed. After this date, the full registration fee will be charged. Refunds will be made after the symposium.

How to register

Upon registration you will receive by e-mail your registration password, and later, by regular mail, an invoice for payment of all fees. After registration you can still add or edit abstract submission data (until the deadlines), or edit your contact data, but you cannot change the items for which you have registered or not.
